5. AI-Generated Content

When you use our AI image generation feature, images are generated by third-party AI services (Pollinations AI). You understand that:

• AI-generated images may not be unique and may be similar to images generated for other users.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated images.
• You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TapToQuote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability
